GreenPT is built for clinical work because public AI tools were not. Consumer chatbots send your prompts to servers outside the EU, log conversations on third-party infrastructure, and reserve the right to use parts of your input to improve their models. None of that is acceptable when the prompt contains a discharge summary, a medication list or a description of a real case.

  • Where your data is stored

    All processing happens inside the EU on Scaleway infrastructure in France. ISO 27001 certified, 100% renewable energy. No data ever crosses an EU border, so no SCCs, no TIA, no Schrems II debate.

  • Which models we use

    Two open-source models run on our own servers: Mistral Small for GreenL and OpenAI GPT-OSS 120B for GreenR. Auditable, verifiable, and no external API is ever called.

  • No training on your data

    GreenPT never trains or fine-tunes on your prompts. Conversations are stored only so you can access your own history, and you can delete them at any moment. The model is stateless.

  • Security certifications

    Infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, monitored production access. DPIA and custom DPA available on request.

  • Who can access conversations

    Only you, by default. In team workspaces, admins grant or revoke access per your rules. GreenPT employees do not read user conversations. Every access event is logged and reviewable.

  • Full GDPR rights

    Access, correct, export or delete your data anytime, directly in the app or via support. Minimal data is collected by default, only what is needed to deliver the service.

GreenPT's data centres deliver a PUE of 1.25 (versus the industry average of 1.55) and a WUE of 0.25 (compared with the sector's 1.8), indicating markedly higher power and water efficiency. All of the electricity is from renewable sources, 100% versus the typical 60% share in the industry.
