Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Nothing you type is used to train any model. Because we host the models ourselves, your prompts and documents are processed for your request only and are not fed back into training.
Where is my data hosted?
On infrastructure hosted by Scaleway in France, fully inside the EU. The data centres are ISO 27001-certified and audited regularly, so your data stays within European jurisdiction.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. We run only self-hosted models on our own servers and do not call external AI APIs, so your conversations are never shared with outside providers.
