What GDPR-compliant means exactly

Understand GreenPT’s data-protection documentation and the responsibilities that remain with your organisation and use case.

By GreenPT · 1 min read · English

GDPR concerns how personal data is processed and the rights of the people it relates to. GreenPT’s Privacy Policy describes its processing and how to make a data-subject request.

For an individual account

Use the policy to understand collection, purpose, retention and safeguards. Contact GreenPT if you need to request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data.

For an organisation

Your organisation must assess its own purpose, lawful basis, data types, users and retention requirements. Request a Data Processing Agreement and consider whether your use requires an impact assessment or additional safeguards.

European hosting is relevant, but it does not automatically make every prompt or organisational workflow compliant. The terms restrict special-category data unless additional safeguards have been agreed in writing.

Use contact for GreenPT’s documentation and your organisation’s privacy adviser for an assessment of your specific use. See the European Commission’s data-protection information.
