What works offline and what doesn’t

Understand why sending prompts and processing files need a connection, and keep a separate copy of anything you must access offline.

Sending prompts, generating answers, processing uploads and synchronising account content need an internet connection. GreenPT Apps runs these tasks through online services.

Before going offline

  1. Let any generation or upload finish.
  2. Save or export documents you will need.
  3. Open the exported file locally to check it is complete and readable.

An open page may keep some previously loaded text visible, but that does not guarantee an offline history library. Do not rely on reopening a conversation without a connection.

After reconnecting

Check the conversation before resending a prompt. A request may have reached the server even if your connection dropped before you saw the answer. Review saved output and retry only when needed.

If the app reports a service error while other sites work, check GreenPT status and preserve any unsent text before reloading.
