Find GreenPT’s published hosting information and request the infrastructure and processing details needed for your organisation.
GreenPT publishes its European hosting approach on the privacy page. That page identifies platform infrastructure in France and AI hosting infrastructure in Finland, together with the providers involved.
Check the service you use
For procurement or a security review, identify whether your question concerns Chat, Apps, an API, a connected service or a dedicated deployment. Ask for the relevant processing and infrastructure documentation rather than assuming every component has the same location or provider.
Organisation requirements
Use the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement and your order terms to assess your requirements. If you need a specific hosting region, a custom DPA or an on-premise arrangement, contact GreenPT before submitting data under that requirement.
Server location is one part of the assessment. Also check the processing purpose, access controls, retention, connected services and contractual terms.
