Privacy-first AI
Built from the ground up with privacy by design: nothing you type trains a model, retention is short, and we run the models ourselves.
Most AI providers quietly train new models on what you type and route your data through a long list of third-party processors. GreenPT does neither. We self-host every model we serve, so your prompts never reach an external AI API, and nothing you type is used for training, on any plan. For US users we process in North America. We will not pretend that puts your data beyond the reach of US legal process, because it does not: what we can tell you is exactly who touches it, how long we keep it, and that you can delete it yourself. If you would rather your data sat in Europe, the international edition of GreenPT hosts it there, run by the same Dutch company. We can sign a custom Data Processing Agreement tailored to your specific requirements and use case.

Privacy FAQ
Where is my data stored?
For US users, data is stored and processed in North America, on infrastructure we run ourselves. We host the AI models too, so your prompts never pass through another AI provider. Users in other regions are hosted regionally, and the international edition of GreenPT keeps data in Europe if that is what you need.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. We never use your conversations, documents, or API traffic to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Every model is self-hosted on GreenPT infrastructure, so your data never leaves our environment.
Can I request a custom Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. We sign a standard Data Processing Agreement with every paying customer, and we're happy to negotiate a custom DPA tailored to your specific requirements and use case. Get in touch and our team will work with your legal department directly.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and at rest on encrypted storage. Access to your environment is scoped per-account, with audit logging on every administrative action.
Can I delete my chat history?
Yes. You can manage and delete your own conversations directly from your account at any time. On account closure, your data is removed from our active systems and purged from backups according to our retention schedule.
Who can access my conversations?
Only you, and the people you explicitly invite to your workspace. GreenPT staff have no routine access to customer content; access requires a documented support request from you and is fully logged.
