EU and US regions are now available

GreenPT now offers EU and US inference regions. You can choose where supported API requests are processed, while continuing to use your GreenPT API key and OpenAI-compatible tools. Existing integrations stay on the EU endpoint unless you explicitly change the base URL.

For teams building with AI, location is part of the product decision. A European organisation may need inference in the EU. A team serving US customers may prefer US processing. The new regions make that choice explicit, with regional model availability and pricing you can check before you build.

Two regions, a clear choice

Our European endpoint remains the default. US inference is available through a dedicated endpoint, with Neuralwatt as the US inference provider.

Use the appropriate base URL in your client, including /v1. Your API key works across these endpoints. Selecting a website language or visiting the US website does not change the endpoint configured in your application.

Know what stays in your region

Your request content and generated output are processed in the region of the endpoint you call. Account, billing and usage data remain in the EU, whichever inference endpoint you use. Choosing US inference does not move every part of your account to the US.

GreenPT does not use your conversations, documents or API traffic to train models. For processing details, read the EU privacy policy, US privacy policy and regional processing documentation.

Check the models and tools your workflow needs

The regional catalogues are not identical. US inference supports selected chat models and embeddings; not every GreenPT API or model is available on that endpoint. Prices can also differ between regions.

Before switching a workload, use the EU/US filter in the model cards, review regional pricing, and check the supported endpoints in the region guide. Test your actual workflow in the chosen region before changing a production integration.

Get started in your region

Explore GreenPT for Europe or the US website. Developers can follow the regional setup guide to select an endpoint and make their first request. You choose the region; the endpoint makes that choice explicit.
