Overview of your usage
Find energy use, subscription details and billing records, and check each measure in the view where it belongs.
GreenPT exposes different views for energy, subscriptions and payments. These measures answer different questions and should not be treated as interchangeable.
Where to look
- In Apps, open Settings, then Energy & impact for reported energy information.
- Open Subscription for your plan and its access or renewal details.
- Open Billing for transactions and credit information shown there.
- For an integration, use the API usage and billing information available to your account.
Investigate unexpected usage
Check the date range, account, organisation and type of usage. A payment total is not a prompt count, and an energy figure is not a billing amount. Long outputs, repeated requests and tool-based work can involve more processing than a short answer.
If something looks wrong, record the time range and relevant transaction or request reference, then contact support. Do not include API keys or private prompt contents.
