Overview of all plans
Find your active subscription and compare the individual, team and API options shown in GreenPT account management.
The pricing page describes Starter, Pro and Teams, with API pricing presented separately. Your account is the place to check the exact offer, active subscription, usage allowance and renewal terms that apply to you.
Review your plan
- In Apps, select your profile and choose Manage account.
- Open Subscription.
- Check the active plan, billing interval and any scheduled change.
- Review the available options and their confirmation details before purchasing.
Subscription or credits?
A subscription provides the access described in its plan. Credits and API usage have their own billing rules; a subscription does not mean every API call is unmetered. Review both when you use Chat and developer integrations.
For organisation-wide access, see Team billing. For plan selection, see Choosing the right plan. Signed business terms or a mobile-store purchase can use a different management process.
