The EU AI Act assigns obligations according to the system, its intended use and the role of the organisation involved. Using a general-purpose assistant does not by itself classify every downstream workflow in the same way.
Assess the use case
Describe what the system will do, who uses it, who may be affected and what human review is required. Identify whether the workflow informs consequential decisions or operates in a regulated context.
Ask for supporting information
Contact GreenPT for the service, model and deployment documentation relevant to your assessment. Review contractual terms and your organisation’s responsibilities with the appropriate legal or compliance adviser.
The European Commission’s AI Act information provides primary guidance on the framework and its implementation. This help page does not assign a legal classification or promise that a particular customer workflow meets every requirement.
