GreenPT Chat
Using skills in chat
Create reusable instructions, test them with a sample prompt and select a skill before sending your next chat message.
A skill is a reusable set of instructions. It can guide tone, output structure and how GreenPT handles missing information. One skill is selected at a time.
Create and test a skill
- Open Skills and choose New skill.
- Give it a name, explain when it should be used and write the instructions.
- Under Try it before saving, enter a realistic example and choose Run test.
- Review the output, adjust the instructions and choose Create skill.
Use it in Chat
Open Chat and type / in the composer, or open +, then Skills. Select the skill and check that its chip appears above the input. Send your task with the facts GreenPT needs.
The selection stays active until you change or clear it, including when starting another conversation. Choose Clear skill or No skill to return to the default instructions. If a skill is missing, check that it is enabled in the Skills library.
Example instructions
Turn meeting notes into Decisions, Actions and Open questions. Put actions in a table with Owner and Due columns. Write “Not specified” for missing owners or deadlines. Do not invent commitments.
Follow Creating and testing a skill for a complete written walkthrough and a video of testing, refining and saving one.
