Open Doc Analyser from the Apps catalogue.

Doc Analyser provides a focused workflow for a document. The demonstration uploads an image of a fictional event poster and creates a summary.

Upload and choose a task

  1. Choose Browse files and select the file.
  2. Check the accepted formats and size limit shown in the upload area.
  3. Wait for processing, then review the detected document type.
  4. Choose Concise or Detailed where offered.
  5. Select a task such as Summary, Key points or Translate. Use Something else for a different question.

Review and keep the result

Read the output alongside the original. Check names, dates, amounts and any missing qualifications. A summary can omit details; ask a more focused question when a particular fact matters.

Choose Copy to reuse the text, or open Export for Word or PDF. Review the exported document before sharing it.

If processing fails

Read the upload or processing error, check the displayed format and size requirements, and try a readable version of the file. A blurry scan or image may need a clearer source.

For questions that continue across messages, attach a file in Chat. For image-specific tasks such as alt text, use Vision. For audio, follow Using Meetings.
