Uploading files

Attach a supported file to your question, wait for processing and ask GreenPT about the contents you want it to use.

Use + in the Chat composer and choose Add photos & files or Add image. The file picker and upload messages identify the formats and limits supported by that surface.

Ask about a file

  1. Select the file from your device.
  2. Wait until it appears as an attachment and processing completes.
  3. Ask a specific question, such as “Summarise the decisions in this document and list any missing deadlines.”
  4. Check the answer against the original file.

Use Doc Analyser for a document-focused workspace, or Vision for image analysis. Meetings has a separate audio workflow.

If a file is rejected

Read the error: an unsupported format, size limit, duplicate file or attachment limit needs a different fix. Convert to an accepted format, reduce the size or remove a duplicate as appropriate. A universal 50 MB limit does not apply to every app. Only upload material you are permitted to process.

For the complete focused workflows, see Using Doc Analyser, Using Vision and Using Meetings. To keep reference files available across related chats, add them to a folder.

If the integration is available, you can also connect OneDrive and attach selected files.
